- You have a legal background, a genuine interest in real estate and entrepreneurship and think pragmatically, clearly and solution-oriented
- You work discreetly and reliably, are direct in your communication and not only have no problem with responsibility, but consciously seek it out
- You have several years of experience in real estate management, family office or comparable environment
- You have a deep understanding of legal structures, transactions and asset protection and negotiation skills at the highest level
- You demonstrate leadership, decisiveness and the ability to maintain an overview even in complex situations

- You work where it counts by scrutinizing, structuring and closing deals, negotiating leases clearly and assertively while building structures that don’t just work on paper
- You manage notaries, banks, insurance companies and tax consultants and work closely and directly with the owner
- You don’t wait for decisions to be made, you are an active part of them
