For our educational center in Bad Münstereifel, we are looking for a

Head (m/f/d) of the Business Division

We are the statutory workers’ compensation insurance provider for the energy, textile, electrical, and media products sectors. Approximately 4 million people in over 200,000 member companies are insured through us. We advise our member companies on occupational safety and health protection and, following work-related accidents and occupational diseases, provide medical treatment, rehabilitation, and financial compensation for our insured members.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the overall management, oversight, and further development of the Finance Department in a guest- and cost-oriented manner, in coordination with the management of the training center.
  • You will develop and adhere to the approved budget and financial plan.
  • You will be responsible for personnel selection and management.
  • You will manage and oversee inventory management.
  • You will assist with procurement processes.
  • You initiate and oversee measures to ensure the training facility remains in excellent condition.
  • You monitor compliance with and implementation of relevant regulations, such as hygiene and occupational safety measures.
  • You are responsible for organizing special events.
  • You handle customer complaints.

What We Look For

  • Business Administration degree specializing in the hotel and restaurant industry, or a comparable degree.
  • Several years of operational, organizational, and leadership experience in the hotel and restaurant industry.
  • IT skills as well as proficiency in standard software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook) and industry-specific software.
  • Reliability, a sense of responsibility, dedication, and the ability to handle pressure.
  • A collaborative leadership style and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate employees.
  • Understanding of business contexts.
