What are you going to do?
- Management of all lease agreements with a focus on deadlines, options and adjustments
- Negotiation of contracts for existing and potential locations
- Identification of risks and optimization potential during restaurant inspections
- Regular exchange with landlords including on-site appointments
- Continuous optimization of the profitability of the property portfolio
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of measures in coordination with the maintenance team
- Managing and commissioning external service providers
- Supporting the implementation of the expansion strategy
- You have a significant influence on the quality and further development of the department
What are you bringing with you?
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in retail, gastronomy or center leasing management (landlord side for commercial real estate)
- Completed training as a real estate agent or business studies, preferably with a focus on real estate
- In-depth knowledge of tenancy and contract law as well as experience in the administration of tenancy agreements, ideally already negotiating experience
- Good and service-oriented communication skills, also in conflict situations
- A structured way of working, a high degree of initiative and personal responsibility
- Fluency in German (min. C1) & good knowledge of English (min. B2)
- Enjoyment of traveling within Germany (up to 50%)
