Spa Manager (m/f/d)

• Education as well as several years of professional and management experience in the field of wellness & spa management or as Spa Wellness Manager (m/f/d), ideally on board cruise ships or in a wellness hotel
• Target and result orientation as well as business management key figures
• Very good German and Knowledge of English and confident in using MS Office 365
• Ideally knowledge of Fidelio Spa and the Crunch Time merchandise management system
• High service and sales orientation, positive charisma, confidence and communication skills

• As Spa Manager (m/f/d) you will manage the wellness and fitness area BODY & SOUL Organic Spa with the aim of achieving maximum turnover with the highest level of guest satisfaction
• Managing an international SPA & Fitness team of up to 34 employees and support career planning
• Implementation of the AIDA SPA standards, training and further development of the team with the areas: Wellness massage, cosmetics, fitness and hairdressing
• Design of attractive travel highlights in the SPA & fitness area, in coordination with the overall concept on board
• Proactive and communicative Spa Manager (m/f/d) with an eye for for flexible guest service
• Control of the inventory with regard to business management aspects
• Control of compliance with safety, environmental and hygiene guidelines in the area of responsibility
