Accounts receivable clerk (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Commercial training or a business degree
- First professional experience in accounting as well as experience with the Oracle accounting system desirable
- Good English language skills as well as proficiency in German;desirable
- Good English language skills and very good German language skills as well as confidence in using MS Office 365, especially Excel
- High affinity for numbers and good analytical skills
- Systemic IT understanding, a structured way of working, teamwork and communication skills
Your destination
- Accounting of business transactions in compliance with the relevant legal standards
- Monitoring of all receivables
- Creation and processing of reminders
- Clearing of accounts
- ;closing accounts as part of monthly/quarterly and annual financial statements
- Performing, checking and documenting all necessary data flows and tracking errors
- Supporting the further development of all systems used in the division
