• Training in the hotel and catering sector
• Excellent service and guest orientation as well as a high level of willingness to learn
• Good German and English skills
• Team skills, flexibility and resilience

• Ensuring a professional service process
• Presenting yourself as a friendly host and providing competent advice to our guests
• Knowledge of the food and beverage menu
• Collaborating closely with other specialist departments to ensure optimal, holistic service
• Compliance with safety, environmental and hygiene standards
