- Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a financial accountant
- Several years of experience in accounts receivable, confident in invoicing, dunning and payment transactions
- Confident handling of DATEV and accounting according to HGB
- Good MS Office and Excel skills for the analysis and optimization of financial processes
- Very good knowledge of German (C1) for coordination with customers and partners
- Structured, precise and independent way of working
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills for process optimization
Your mission...
- Responsibility for accounts receivable management: checking and booking incoming payments for correct accounting and OP control
- Efficient dunning process and clarification of open items to minimize payment defaults
- Communication with customers and internal locations for quick clarification and efficient processes
- Creation of customer invoices
- Collaboration with external service providers and internal teams to improve accounting processes
- Support with process optimization to increase efficiency and digital transformation
