Analyst OBR Inventory & Reporting (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or comparable training
- Professional experience in controlling, ideally with our ship systems (Crunch Time, Oracle Analytics, MXPOS)
- Understanding of process interrelationships nge and experience in creating management reports and forecasts
- Very good German and good English skills as well as sound knowledge of MS Office 365, especially Excel and Power BI
- Entrepreneurial and analytical thinking, affinity for numbers, sense of responsibility as well as teamwork and cooperation skills
Your destination
- Responsibility for product group management and inventory management incl. Assortment analysis & Trends for Retail / Onboard Shops, Spa and Photo Operations
- Involvement in the coordination and analysis of space management as well as support in budget planning
- Responsibility for monitoring and ensuring the availability of goods, control of master orders and control of the volume of goods by ship
- Order volume definition incl. Range analysis within the budget specifications for retail / Onboard stores, spa and photo operations
- Maintenance and further development of reports in collaboration with cross-divisional departments
