To strengthen our team in the area of support for our gaming arcades, we are looking for an area manager for branch support (m|w|d) in the greater Hanover area at the earliest possible date.
Your tasks
Independent and comprehensive support for our arcades in your area
Regular personal presence in the arcades on site
Selection, recruitment and support of your employees in cooperation with the specialist departments
Trustworthy and team-oriented employee management and motivation of your employees
Implementing and ensuring our corporate standards and legal regulations
Your qualifications
At least three years’ experience in personnel management for at least 100 employees
Professional experience in the catering, service or retail sectors
Experience in field service is an advantage
Completed commercial vocational training or comparable studies
Strong team player, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to make efficient use of creative leeway
Goal-oriented and organized way of working, high level of commitment and a confident, professional appearance
Willingness to travel, time flexibility and driving license (class B)
