Business Analyst / Application Owner (m/f/d) Fulfillment Solutions

Your previous ports of call

  • University degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification 
  • Knowledge üabout provenä
  • Experience as a business analyst, ideally in IT, application management or a similar role 
  • Well-rounded experience as a business analyst, ideally in IT, application management or in a similar role </li
  • Sophisticated understanding of application development, deployment and maintenance processes 
  • Very good knowledge of English and German and confident in using MS Office 365  
  • Economic thinking and acting, hands-on mentality, teamwork and communication skills  

Your chartered goal

  • &nbsptake responsibility for parts of our fulfillment solutions, starting with the conception, development and provision through to ongoing maintenance 
  • Collaborate closely within the team, with colleagues and stakeholders and actively contribute to the development of a long-term strategy that supports the company's goalsüsupports 
  • Develop and implement strategies forür application updates, enhancements and deprecations according to current guidelines 
  • Oversee and analyze performance for risk management, optimization opportunities and efficiency improvement  
  • Responsibility for comprehensive documentation, regular reporting and ensuring compliance with service level agreements and contractual obligations
