Business Process Manager (m/f/d)

• Completed studies with a focus on process management or organizational studies
• First experience in the field of business process management (BPM) and tools as well as a high level of interest in IT systems and the selection and implementation of BPM systems
• Ideally first experience in the management of internal control systems or in an internal audit
• Very good knowledge of German and English as well as confidence in using MS Office 365
• . in an internal audit
• Very good knowledge of German and English and confident in using MS Office 365
• Proactive and structured way of working in a dynamic environment, excellent communication skills and service mentality

• Advises and supports the specialist departments with regard to business process management, definition of process KPIs, process-related ambiguities and questions of competence and responsibility
• . Responsibility
• Assistance with the internal control system (ICS) and support for management in achieving the corresponding compliance targets
• Monitoring open ICS requirements and agreed actions from internal audit reviews
• Contact person for auditors and internal audit regarding the effectiveness of the ICS. effectiveness of business processes
• Analysis, documentation and improvement of business processes
• Regular exchange with global Group companies regarding best practice solutions
