Rheingau-Taunus-Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH (RTV) is the service-oriented mobility service provider in the Rheingau-Taunus district. We act as the ordering and control center for local public transport with currently 145 vehicles operated by contracted transport companies. As part of the Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund (RMV) network family, RTV is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Rheingau Taunus district.
Your tasks
As part of the team, you will be responsible for schools and transport service providers in exempted school transport and cross-transport (sports and swimming pool trips)
Strengthen our project work: We are working on the implementation of new software for the planning and flexible management of exempted school transport
You will obtain and check offers, place transport orders and draw up transport contracts
You coordinate and monitor the services of contractual partners and carry out evaluations
You will be involved in tenders
You will act skillfully at the interface between schools, the district education authority and transport service providers
You will check invoices and prepare statements for the district administration’s school department
Your qualifications
Completed commercial training, preferably as a transport services clerk, sales clerk, office management clerk, tourism clerk or similar. Alternatively: proven many years of administrative experience with customer contact
MS Office routine, especially Excel, experience with CRM systems is desirable
Experience in customer and service management is a plus
High service orientation, enjoyment of good communication and good personal time management
Ability to work under pressure, good comprehension skills, independent and autonomous working style
Team player, friendly / competent appearance with assertiveness
Good written and spoken German
