Casino employee (m/f/d) on board the AIDA ships
Your previous course
- Training in the service sector and ideally professional experience
- Knowledge of the casino industry an advantage
- Enjoyment and fun in dealing with customers
- Good German and English skills
- Groomed appearance, enthusiasm, communication skills, service orientation and team spirit
Your destination
- Competent and proactive contact person for our casino guests
- Assistance at the slot machines and explanation of electronic casino games such as blackjack, roulette and bingo
- Inspiring our guests with the promotions and offers in the casino
- Working closely with the manager in relation to all operational processes
