Your mission...
- Responsibility for central purchasing non-food (including kitchen inventory, cleaning, cash register, packaging, workwear)
- Participation in supplier tenders and selection
- Development and optimization of supplier relationships
- Connecting suppliers to the merchandise management system
- Negotiation of prices, contracts and listings, incl. annual meetings
- Market and competition analyses on product range, prices and trends
- Identification of innovations and development of purchasing strategies
- Responsibility for results for the product groups managed
