Your tasks
Preparation, support and follow-up of events in the administrative area in the areas of invitation management, participant handling, registration and accreditation
Obtaining offers from external service providers (e.g. hotels) and processing them further
Contact person for participants with questions and concerns
Management and administration of participant lists
Contact person for coordination and agreement with internal and external interfaces, both in advance and on site at events in Germany and internationally
Invoice control and processing
General administrative tasks
Research tasks and travel planning for events
Collaboration and information coordination with various departments
Your qualifications
You have successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an office management assistant or tourism clerk
You are creative, open in dealing with people and have a self-confident manner
You keep a cool head in stressful situations, are proactive and solution-oriented
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
You are experienced in using MS Office
You are expected to work in a service-oriented, independent, structured and conscientious manner
You enjoy working in a team, achieving common goals is important to you and people can rely on you
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
Your willingness to travel at home and abroad (car driver’s license required) rounds off your profile
