Your tasks
Are responsible for travel bookings in accordance with our travel policy
Take care of checking and approving travel cost and expense reports
Update the travel policy taking into account the current legal regulations
Create evaluations and analyses
Optimize the travel tools used (Egencia, BahnCard Business, MXP, etc.)
Your qualifications
Have completed training as a travel/tourism agent or a commercial apprenticeship
Already have good Amadeus knowledge or knowledge of other GDS systems to create all relevant flight bookings as well as car rental and hotel bookings
Have basic knowledge of the various booking channels and ideally experience with Egencia
Are well versed in MS-Office and have a good command of written and spoken German and English (min. C1)
