Your tasks
Overall responsibility for the commercial management of all our operations
Management and further development of the team of commercial employees
Working closely with the management and other management areas to further develop the company
Implementing and following up on business strategies
Ensuring effective reporting as a basis for strategic decisions
Planning, monitoring and controlling liquidity and budgets as well as consolidating financial processes across all operations
Negotiating and managing contracts with service providers and banks as well as working with tax firms/auditors
Your qualifications
Have experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for the sector
Have strong analytical skills and a strong entrepreneurial mindset
Have leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a team
Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a proactive way of working are among your special skills
