Your secret weapons…
- A heroic degree in finance, controlling or a similar subject and professional experience in a comparable field
- Your heroism is demonstrated by sound knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and reporting
- Mastery of the German and English language in oral duels and written battles
- Excellent user skills in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP systems
- Sound knowledge of financial and cost accounting as well as the use of ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
- Analytical and strategic way of thinking and strong affinity for numbers
- Leadership skills and experience in managing teams
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness

- Responsible participation in the battles of controlling – as protector of the financial stability of our company
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and variance analyses
- Development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts and financial targets
- Supporting the further development of controlling tools and processes
- Supporting the management in strategic decisions
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB/IFRS
- Management and further development of the controlling team
- Carrying out ad hoc analyses and profitability calculations
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and internal regulations
