St. Vincentius Hospital is a standard care hospital with 256 beds and nine clinics. More than 800 employees care for over 10,000 inpatients and 17,000 outpatients every year. The hospital foundation’s service company provides services for the Zum Guten Hirten hospital in Ludwigshafen and the Sankt Vincentius hospital in Speyer. The main services include catering and hospital services such as cleaning and transportation.
Your tasks
Main responsibility for the production and preparation of meals and special dishes, taking into account the specified calculations
Disposition of all goods required in the economic area and assistance with special events
Implementation and documentation of HACCP guidelines
Your qualifications
Completed training as a chef
Ability to work independently and willingness to work weekends and holidays
Strong understanding of quality
Ability to work in a team and flexibility
