Your tasks

• Cooking our spa guests healthy alkaline and vegan-ketogenic dishes (alkaline bread and breakfast porridges, vegan spreads, vegetable soups, dishes with colorful fresh salads and vegetables, legumes and sprouted sprouts)
• Cooking for our a la carte and half-board guests with fresh cuisine, regional delicacies and game specialties
• Designing our new lunch buffet with fresh raw food salads, homemade vegan spreads, homemade alkaline bread, delicious soups and alkaline broths
• Responsible handling of goods
• Co-design of our alkaline/vegan-ketogenic cooking courses

Your profile

• Great interest in health topics (fasting cures, nutrition as well as joie de vivre, mental health, personal development)
• Extensive knowledge in the preparation of varied healthy delicacies
• Completed training as a chef
• Multiple years of professional experience
• Commitment, resilience, flexibility, creativity and a high degree of initiative
• Guest-oriented thinking and acting
• Absolutely clean working environment and maintenance of kitchen hygiene
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
