Data Protection Officer (m/f/d)

• Completed studies or commercial training with corresponding further training and professional experience
• First experience in the design and implementation of data protection requirements
• Expertise in the field of data protection law
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in relation to data protection and information security (e.g. data protection law, data security regulations, data privacy).B. Data protection certificate)
• Affinity for IT topics and confident in using MS Office 365
• Adept in German and English
• High level of communication skills, an independent and conscientious way of working, flexibility and team spirit

• Involvement in the implementation of data protection requirements within the company and towards our guests
• Interface between the specialist departments, in particular the IT department and our external data protection officer
• Updating the list of processing activities including the technical and organizational measures (TOM) as well as the adaptation of company guidelines for IT and data protection

• support in the creation and implementation of the data protection concept as well as checking compliance with defined processes and specifications for the configuration and operation of the IT systems
• contact person for the creation, implementation and standardization of data protection agreements (e.g. DPAs)

• Assistance with data protection audits and impact assessments of planned IT applications or those under development
• Collaboration on the establishment of a standard procedure for the regular review, assessment and evaluation of the effectiveness of the TOM
