Your tasks:

  • Prepare, arrange and garnish dishes according to specifications
  • Make preparations for the day and evening business
  • Producing and preparing food at the respective station according to specifications
  • You comply with HACCP standards and are responsible for the cleanliness and smooth running of the kitchen
  • Ensuring excellent service and increasing guest satisfaction
  • Ensuring and complying with hygiene and safety regulations
  • Managing and reading the handover (with all relevant information for the next shift at the post of the shift)
  • Checking daily tasks and coordinating them with the respective post manager
  • Assisting in the preparation of menus, daily and seasonal menus and banquet buffets as well as staff meals and possible coffee breaks or conference snacks depending on demand

Prerequisites:

  • You have completed vocational training as a chef
  • You work in a structured and independent manner
  • You enjoy working in a team
  • A high degree of quality awareness and initiative
  • You always adhere to hygiene regulations (HACCP)
  • Driving license class 3 is an advantage
