- Ideally a completed vocational training in the catering/hotel industry
- Experience in the event or conference sector
- Willingness to perform, accuracy and reliability
- Very good organizational skills
- Good written and spoken German language skills
- Excellent manners

- Administration and organization of the conference booking system
- Supporting colleagues in the operational service area
- Pre- and post-processing work in daily operations
- Compliance with hygiene, quality and Genuss & Harmonie company standards
- Prompt and thorough processing of guest enquiries
