Your tasks
* Deputy management, further development and organization of the kitchen
Kitchen operation as well as the complete food supply of a
Central kitchen
* Managing and ensuring our quality standards
* Deputy management of a team of employees
* Responsibility for staff deployment planning and rostering
* Handling commercial and organizational merchandise management
* Compliance with legal provisions and regulations
in particular the HACCP guidelines
* Assistance with food preparation
* Supporting the planning and implementation of new
Catering concepts
* Close and trusting cooperation with employee committees
Your qualifications
* Completed vocational training as a (diet) chef (m/f/d) and
several years of professional experience in the kitchen
* Professional experience as sous chef/deputy kitchen manager
* Leadership skills and the ability to motivate employees
* Experience in dealing with employee committees
* Further training in the area of special diets an advantage
* Entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
* Sense of responsibility, organizational talent, flexibility and assertiveness
