Our client is a French, family-run group of companies that operates 13 hotels with 2,000 hotel rooms in France, Luxembourg and Germany with its subsidiary. As part of the further expansion, the presence in the key German market is to be significantly expanded through acquisitions and new projects. Therefore, we are looking for the following person based in Frankfurt am Main at the earliest possible date
Development Director (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Active acquisition and review of new projects and existing properties in the target market Germany
- Conducting negotiations with owners and developers
- Preparation of rental and lease offers
- Independent property and location checks according to the expansion strategy specifications
- Documentation and preparation of projects for decision-making within the Group
- Preparation of an action plan and regular reporting on the implementation of expansion targets
- Active participation in the preparation of the annual budget plan
- First point of contact and representative of the company for further expansion
Your profile
- Ideally several years of experience in the development of a hotel company
- Sound network in the real estate industry
- Experience in the valuation of existing properties
- Confident appearance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and independent way of working
- Willingness to travel in Germany and Europe
- Business fluent in German and English
