Your tasks
You are the first point of contact for our Coffee Shop Managers and the Support Office and use your operational know-how, analytical and organizational skills to ensure that our coffee shops achieve great results
You manage coffee shops in your district and work closely with our Coffee Shop Managers to ensure that your stores achieve optimal results
You support the standardization of processes and procedures and implement them consistently in your stores
You carry out continuous quality checks to ensure that our high standards – from hygiene regulations to occupational health and safety – are always met in our stores
You track, analyze and report important key figures of your stores and initiate appropriate measures in close coordination with your Coffee Shop Managers to optimize the results
You report to the Regional Manager and also coordinate continuously and independently with all specialist departments from the Support Office
Your qualifications
You already have several years of professional experience as a Store Manager, Coffee Shop Manager or in a comparable position as a District Manager
You are a strong communicator, speak flawless German and good English
You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment with flat hierarchies
You have strong leadership skills that enable you to take your team with you time and time again and continuously develop it and make it stronger
You are results- and solution-oriented, have an affinity for numbers and have already worked with data analysis tools
You have strong interpersonal skills, are empathetic and assertive
You are keen to continuously develop Espresso House, share our corporate values and leadership principles and act as an ambassador
