Your tasks
Welcoming and saying goodbye to customers (observing the ZEITWUNDER rituals)
Advising and supporting customers on treatments and products
Professional appointment handling, ensuring optimal time utilization
Coordination of institute procedures, ensuring a smooth daily routine
Organization of the reception area incl. decoration and shelf stocking
Processing of customer cards and data maintenance
Cash register management and closing
Your qualifications
If you have professional experience as a receptionist in a beauty salon or hotel spa, that would be perfect. Completed training as a beautician or hotel specialist and good knowledge of the Treatwell reservation system would be an advantage.
A friendly, well-groomed appearance, enjoyment of the job and dealing with customers are very important to us. Do you have a talent for organization and are you used to working independently?
