Stadtwerke Marburg Immobilien GmbH is a subsidiary of Stadtwerke Marburg. Our tasks include the administration and management of commercial properties and the operation of the Marburg Technology & Start-up Centers. We also operate the TTZ technology and conference center, including event management, catering and conference catering.
Your tasks
The preparation, implementation and follow-up of events of various sizes and settings (e.g. training courses, seminars, congresses, company celebrations, weddings, etc.)
Support in the planning and implementation of a regional consumer fair
General administrative activities and office organization (scheduling, correspondence, preparing offers and contracts, etc.)
Participation in public relations work
Your qualifications
Completed vocational training in the hotel, restaurant or event industry or relevant professional experience in event organization
Confident handling of MS Office applications
Possession of a class B driving license
An independent, reliable and committed working style
Good written and spoken communication skills
Willingness to work the usual hours in the catering industry as well as seasonal overtime
