Executive Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

• Training in the hotel industry, ideally with further business management training as a hotel manager or hotel business administrator as well as several years of professional and management experience in the hotel industry in an international environment
• Founded F&B knowledge
• Very good knowledge of English and German and confident in using MS Office 365
• Confidence, a sense of responsibility, a structured and goal-oriented way of working and a strong service orientation

• Responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurants and other gastronomic facilities throughout the ship
• Active host function as well as coordination and control of all process flows in the area of responsibility
• Responsibility for personnel and duty planning as well as training courses for up to 200 employees
• Motivation of the international crew in day-to-day operations and support for their further development
