F&B Director (m/f/d)
Your previous ports of call
- Studies in business administration or a comparable degree as well as several years of professional and management experience in the operational F&B area of multi-outlet companies
- Experience in managing an international crew, ideally on international cruise ships
- Previous experience in the areas of mentoring and coaching
- Service-oriented host and team player with diplomatic communication skills
- Sure handling of MS Office 365 and gastronomic system applications
- Structured and goal-oriented;ability
- Business fluent in German and English
- Confident in using MS Office 365 and gastronomic system applications
- Structured and goal-oriented way of working as well as analytical thinking
Your chartered goal
- Responsibility for the coordination and control of all process flows in the bar & restaurant, galley and provisions area
- Ensuring sustainable quality management with a focus on guest and employee satisfaction and financial performance
- Füleading and motivating an international team of up to 300 employees
- Evaluating key business figures and deriving recommendations for action
- Implementing and adhering to our high quality, safety and hygiene standards
