Fitness Studio Manager (m/f/d) on board the AIDA ships
Your previous ports of call
- Professional training as a sports therapist (m/f/d), fitness trainer (m/f/d) or a sports science degree and additional qualifications in the fitness sector
- Proven professional and management experience, for example as a fitness studio manager (m/f/d) and experience as a course leader in the group fitness sector from club hotels/fitness studios incl. Group fitness trainer B license
- Fitness trainer A or B license as well as indoor cycling license desirable
- Additional qualifications in the course area as well as sound product and specialist knowledge of Polar, TRX, Power Plate, nutritional advice/cardio-scan Stoffioscan
- ;nutritional advice/ Cardioscan metabolic measurements
- Good knowledge of German and English and confident handling of MS Office
- Proven team player, strong service awareness, high sales orientation, excellent customer orientation and communication skills
Your chartered goal
- As Studio Manager Fitness (m/f/d) you will manage the fitness area with the aim of achieving maximum turnover with the highest level of guest satisfaction
- Manage, train and further develop an international team and create course and duty rosters
- Manage the extensive course program at AIDA: Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Indoor Cycling, Rückenschule, Pilates, Zumba, BBP, Faszien, Flexi Bar, XCO, Tae Bo etc.
- Creation of training plans as well as the supervision and instruction of our guests on Life Fitness equipment
- Conducting health checks based on Cardioscan measurements, Polar diagnostics and the implementation of our holistic wellness and fitness program
- Conducting Power Plate, TRX, TRXX, Power Plate, TRXX, TRXX, Power Plate and TRX;implementation of Power Plate, TRX as part of individual coaching sessions and classic personal training
- Success-oriented sales of fitness products and services
- Development and implementation of events, specials and workshops
