Your tasks
As a flight dispatcher, you will be responsible for the organization and handling of worldwide patient repatriations by scheduled flight, including booking in Amadeus and medical clarification with the airlines.
You will also plan and organize patient repatriations with the ambulance aircraft of the ADAC fleet and coordinate worldwide ambulance flights with partner companies.
In addition, you will be responsible for organizing and commissioning ground or air-bound airport transport in Germany and abroad.
You also manage the deployment planning of the medical escort personnel and the ADAC fleet and ensure the monitoring of the entire transport chain.
In doing so, you will ensure compliance with the applicable ADAC quality standards and specifications with regard to medical and economic factors.
Your qualifications
You have completed training in the tourism sector (tourism specialist, travel agent) or have already worked for several years in the insurance and assistance industry.
Ideally, you are already familiar with the Amadeus booking system.
You communicate confidently in written and spoken English and ideally speak another foreign language.
Medical knowledge is an advantage.
Your profile is rounded off by creativity, decisiveness and a strong sense of responsibility.
Your confident manner and high stress resistance round off your profile.
You are willing to work shifts and weekends (7-23).
