HSG Flughafen Stuttgart Handels- und Service GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH and at the same time the largest retailer and one of the most attractive employers at Stuttgart Airport. In addition to the classic duty-free business area, HSG also operates various fashion and convenience stores as well as a catering area.
Your tasks
You are responsible for the smooth running and organization of the sales areas in compliance with the operational guidelines – this includes in particular
Ensuring a high-quality guest and service orientation
Motivation, guidance and instruction of employees
Supporting the teams in day-to-day business
Analysis, documentation and optimization of operational processes
Increasing efficiency and productivity through continuous flow of goods and compliance with VM guidelines
In addition, you will provide support in all areas such as: development and training of employees, creation and monitoring of operational processes, interface management, etc.
Your qualifications
You have initial experience in managing a business and have already successfully demonstrated your leadership qualities (retail, gastronomy, hotel industry)
You are flexible and enjoy working in a team of up to 20 people
Commercial understanding of business management contexts
Working with key figures to analyze business contexts and derive measures to sustainably increase productivity
Reliable, independent work and good communication skills in German and English
Team player with a hands-on mentality
Mobility and willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts)
Ideally, you have completed commercial training and/or a degree in business administration/catering or a comparable qualification
