Your tasks
Friendly reception of guests in compliance with information security guidelines
Preparation and follow-up of conference rooms for customer visits
Organization of catering and drinks
Receiving deliveries and distributing them accordingly
Processing incoming mail and managing the filing system
Preparation for accounting and supply chain
Issuing pool vehicles and checking driving licenses
Carrying out business trips for mail / parcels and small purchases, e.g. customer gifts, special orders from the CEO
Your qualifications
You have completed vocational training with a commercial focus or similar, e.g. office management or office communication specialist, hotel specialist
You can express yourself excellently in German. English is an advantage.
You are open-minded and enjoy interacting with people.
You are characterized by a thorough and structured way of working.
You are also characterized by strong communication skills, empathy and a positive attitude.
