Front Office Agent (STARS)*
You are happy to take on these tasks:
- You see yourself as a host, give our guests a warm welcome and deal with them openly and charmingly
- You carry out the check-in and check-out of our guests
- You accept and process reservation requests
- You will be responsible for cash management and debtor control
- You carry out all administrative tasks at the front office safely and independently
- You contribute to an effective and efficient operational process in early, late & night service
- You ensure an active flow of communication between all areas of our company
