The regional club ADAC Württemberg e.V. was founded in 1904. Today, 230 employees work in our 14 branch offices in Württemberg. Here we take care of mobility, travel & vacation, insurance and, of course, ADAC membership.
Your tasks
You will take over and be responsible for the operation and management of the office, and support and promote the areas of membership, travel, insurance and goods.
You will also be responsible for organizing all commercial processes.
In your role, you will lead, motivate and develop the employees in your team and be responsible for optimal and stable staff deployment planning.
It is important to you to maintain and further develop customer satisfaction.
You will actively support your team in providing personal advice to our members and customers.
You and the office team represent ADAC Württemberg in your region.
Your qualifications
You have completed commercial training and have several years of professional and management experience.
You also have extensive knowledge of tourism, travel or the insurance industry.
Motivation, a service mentality and enthusiasm characterize your way of working and your role as a manager.
Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as a structured task and target orientation are a matter of course for you.
You have a strong commitment to sales and customer service; it is easy for you to recognize opportunities and derive sales-promoting measures from them.
