Responsible housekeeping activities based on the principles required by the German Nutrition Society, the Infection Protection Act and the Food Ordinance
Organizational preparation and follow-up of lunch in collaboration with another housekeeper, educational staff from both facilities and the children and young people in care
Independent preparation of lunch, desserts and snacks
Serving meals
Cleaning and hygiene measures in the kitchen area
Your qualifications
Completed three-year vocational training as a housekeeper, cook, baker, butcher, confectioner, specialist salesperson in the food trade (bakery, butchery or confectionery), specialist for system catering or specialist for restaurants and event catering
Very good knowledge of preparing food for several people
Ability to work independently and self-organize as well as good time management skills
Enjoy working in an environment with children and young people
IT skills to place online orders with food marketers
