We are looking for you from February 2025, as part of a specified internship semester, for 6 months at our company headquarters in Rostock.
Internship in Human Resources Fleet
Your previous course
- Degree in business administration, hotel management or similar
- Ideally initial practical experience in human resources or in the tourism industry
- Very good knowledge of English and confident handling of MS Office 365
- Quick comprehension, networked thinking and ability to work in a team
Your destination
- Supporting the Human Resources Management department in operational personnel work
- Participation in administrative and organizational tasks in day-to-day operations
- Support in the deployment planning of national and international crew members from the hotel sector
- Written communication in English with international crewing agencies and crew members on board
- Administration of personnel files and personnel software
