IT Service Manager (m/f/d)

• University degree in computer science, computer engineering or a comparable qualification
• Experience in overseeing mobile app development projects
• In-depth knowledge of mobile app development technologies, frameworks and industry best practices
• Sophisticated project management skills, with a track record of success in delivering complex mobile app projects
• Very good command of English and good command of German and confident in using modern workplace technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, resilience and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-industry stakeholders

• Responsibility for the management of service delivery, including ensuring the timely and successful execution of IT (sub)projects
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of all delivery activities in the area of IT infrastructure
• implement IT infrastructure changes through careful planning, monitoring and communication
• lead and motivate the IT service team and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Monitor spending and ensure cost-effective use of budget
• Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
