Your mission…
- You are the first point of contact for IT questions – both in 1st and 2nd level support as well as in the helpdesk to master all challenges
- Supporting employees with onboarding and offboarding as well as with the opening or closing of operating sites
- Responsibility for the procurement, provision and setup of IT equipment, the creation of user accounts and the introduction of new employees within a professional framework
