What are you going to do?
- First point of contact for all HVAC / RLT issues for our existing restaurants & when planning new openings
- Expanding and ensuring the maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of HVAC systems as well as other maintenance issues
- Support and further development of the existing remote access system
- Development of the optimization potential of the existing systems, especially in the areas of energy efficiency and demand control
- Planning and implementation of ventilation systems in new buildings in close collaboration with the construction manager and external general contractors
- Development of corresponding maintenance expertise at restaurant/district manager level
- Development of an external "24/7 on-call system" at regional level
- Perspective management and coaching of the maintenance employee
What are you bringing with you?
- Multi-year professional experience in a comparable position in a gastronomic environment
- Completed (initial or further) training as an engineer, technician, master craftsman or comparable qualification in the field of SLK / HVAC / RLT
- Proven experience in the maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of ventilation systems, ideally in the catering industry
- Knowledge of remote access systems and their further development
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with different stakeholders
- Experience or user knowledge in project management, especially in the planning and implementation of projects, further training in project management is an advantage
- Proven leadership experience (technical or disciplinary) and the ability to support and develop employees through coaching and mentoring
- Fluency in German (min. C1) & good command of English (min. B2)
- Enjoyment of traveling (up to 50%)
