Manager Commercial Performance in Revenue Management (m/f/d)
Your previous ports of call
- Completed degree in economics, ideally with a specialization in tourism and/or revenue management or a comparable education
- Multiple years of professional experience in revenue management, pricing, sales management and/or sales measures, ideally in tourism
- Experience in project management and process optimization as well as initial management experience
- Very good knowledge of German and good English
- High affinity for figures and analysis as well as the ability to work in a team;management experience
- Very good German and good English skills
- High affinity for numbers and analytical skills as well as confidence in using MS Office 365, especially Excel
- Organizational and communication skills, initiative as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting and teamwork skills
Your chartered goal
- Planning and initiation of short, medium and long-term revenue management and marketing measures
- Permanent analysis of booking success and derivation of strategies to optimize marketing measures
- Responsibility for the definition and prioritization of projects for the further development of division-specific processes, especially in campaign management, revenue management tools and sales opportunities in the area of sales, marketing and online
- Leading and further developing the team
