Your tasks
- Overall management and development of the company with overall strategic and operational responsibility
- Trusting cooperation with the CEO of the parent company
- Development and target-oriented implementation of the further competitive expansion and brand strategy
- Proactive personnel management in close dialog with managers and employees about the company's strategic goals and development plans
- Responsibility for budgeting, results and growth of the company in Germany
- Taking on representation tasks and being the company's first point of contact for maintaining the brand strategy
Your profile
- Sound experience in the operational management of a hotel company
- Proven track record in the strategic development and expansion of a hotel company
- Outstanding management qualities to lead an interdisciplinary and diverse team
- Strategically oriented personality with commercial and business management know-how
- Experience in trusting cooperation at executive level
- Strong negotiating skills and intercultural competence
- Entrepreneurial, communicative and empathetic personality with an assertive manner
- Strategic, conceptual and strong implementation skills
- Confident, positive and motivating charisma
- Business fluent in German and English
