Marketing Audience Specialist (m/f/d)
Your previous ports of call
- Vocational training in the commercial sectorideally with a focus on marketing, campaign management, communication or CRM
- First professional experience in campaign management, business process management, CRM or comparable business processes;business process management, CRM or comparable activities
- Experience with campaign management tools, such asB. Adobe Campaign, Unica or Salesforce
- Very good knowledge of German and English and confident in using MS Office 365
- Analytical skills, communication skills and a good command of the German language;skills, communication skills, initiative and ability to work in a team
Your chartered goal
- Support in the design of customer-centric and personalized communication approaches;approaches to enhance the customer experience, synchronized with the marketing, communication and sales strategy
- Segmentation of data in order to use it in the form of audience lists in the campaign management tool
- &publishing the execution of the journey to various communication channels (email, push messaging, app, telephony, etc.).)
- Require and take into account stakeholder requirements for playing out a customer interaction;
- Create push messages for our app users;r our app users in cooperation with the creation (image/text)
- Testing, tracking and evaluation of the journeys
