Night Audit (STARS)* with immediate effect
You are happy to take on these tasks:
- Welcoming guests and checking them in and out
- First point of contact for all concerns and questions from our guests
- Cash register management, invoicing, acceptance and processing of reservation requests
- Preparing the daily closing and various sales statistics
- Managing a shift at reception to ensure the best possible guest service
- Checking waiter bills and managing the reception cash register including the required financial statements
- Professional complaint handling
- Regular inspection rounds
- Overall responsibility for the hotel during the night shift
