Patient care and scheduling (m/f/d)
full-time (39 hours per week).
Your tasks
- Collaboration in the electronic bed scheduling of the Klinik am Park, Bad Schwalbach site
- Processing patient inquiries (by telephone, in writing, by e-mail)
- Correspondence with patients, health insurance companies and cost bearers
- Arranging appointments and correspondence with the hospital social services regarding follow-up treatment
- Welcoming and saying goodbye to patients in individual and group discussions
- Complaint management and patient counseling and networking activities to ensure patient satisfaction
- Supporting the clinic management with operational, conceptual and strategic issues
Your profile
- Commercial training, preferably initial experience in the healthcare sector, basic knowledge of pension insurance social administration
- Experience with an electronic appointment management system desirable
- Enjoy dealing with patients
- Independent and structured way of working, flexibility, reliability, organizational skills, ability to work under pressure
- Good comprehension skills and the ability to familiarize yourself quickly and carefully with new areas of responsibility
- Confident handling of common MS Office products
