Privacy Manager / Data Protection Manager (m/f/d)
Your previous ports of call
- Qualification and experience in the field of data protection, e.g. Data Protection Officer (DPO), Data Protection Coordinator or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the design and implementation of data protection requirements
- Expertise in the field of data protection and ideally in IT law and IT security
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to data protection and information security (e.g. data protection certificate)
- High affinity for IT topics and confident in using MS Office 365
- Adept at negotiating with German and English-speaking colleagues.E.g. data protection certificate)
- High affinity for IT topics and confident in using MS Office 365
- Adept in German and English
- High level of communication skills, an independent and conscientious way of working, flexibility and teamwork
Your chartered goal
- Responsibility for the implementation of data protection requirements within the company and towards our guests
- Interface between the specialist departments, in particular the IT department and our external data protection officer
- Updating the list of processing activities incl. the TOM, as well as adapting the company guidelines on IT and data protection
- Creating and implementing the data protection concept and checking compliance with defined processes and specifications for the configuration and operation of IT systems
- First point of contact for the creation, implementation and standardization of data protection agreements (e.g. DPAs)
- .E.g. AVV)
- Conducting data protection audits and impact assessments of planned IT applications or those under development
- Responsibility for the establishment of a standard procedure for the regular review, assessment and evaluation of the effectiveness of the TOM
