Product Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Independent development of market-oriented, consumer-relevant and target group-oriented product line concepts
- Conception and implementation of market-relevant product innovations
- Responsibility for product life cycle management
- Management of market research projects and analysis of internal and external market research data in cooperation with market research
- Definition and implementation of communication measures
- Observing international product range development and supporting integration processes
- Implementation of quality strategies together with the respective quality manager (m/f/d)
- Tasting dishes (including non-vegan and non-vegetarian dishes)
- Taking on cross-category tasks and projects
- Continuous exchange with our European national companies and global production partners
Your profile:
- Completed degree in business administration with a focus on marketing or a degree with a strong connection to food or FMCG
- Relevant professional experience in the food industry, ideally in category management, brand management or product management
- Enjoyment of creative solutions and a high affinity for food, especially savory and sweet baked goods, pizza and snacks, meat and fish
- Analytical, conceptual and structured working style as well as a holistic approach
- High degree of independence, assertiveness and commitment
- Very good knowledge of the common MS Office products
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel
