Ensuring and monitoring the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with quality standards

Coordinating cleaning projects in the room area

Initiating necessary repairs and monitoring their implementation

Clarifying and discussing issues in collaboration with the first housekeeper

Ensuring general office organization and safeguarding work processes

Assigning the cleaning staff in the room area for the day or evening shift

Monitoring duty rosters and organizing and controlling the deployment of employees, temporary staff and external companies

economic management of work materials and administration of the lost and found office

Induction of employees, trainees and interns working in housekeeping
What we wish for :
-
successfully completed vocational training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification, such as business economist (m/f/d) for nutrition and supply management
-
at least 2 years of professional experience as a housekeeper
-
as well as initial management experience in the hotel industry very good German and English language skills are required
-
other foreign languages are an advantage
-
positive charisma
-
professional appearance and a well-groomed appearance
-
an eye for detail and the highest standards of quality

Cleanliness and presentation interest in developing further and gaining professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
