You will be responsible for the catering of (special) events and conferences.
You will be responsible for organizing, setting up and preparing the conference rooms with dishes, drinks, snacks or buffets for meetings and (special) events, including ordering drinks, coffee and consumables, as well as maintaining and refilling the catering machines and the water dispenser for conference catering.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of events and service work, as well as for cashing up food and drinks in the company restaurant and supporting the kitchen team in day-to-day business.
Your qualifications
Other commercial areas
Professional experience in the banquet and restaurant sector
Basic training in HACCP and infection law
Experience in setting up food, snack and drinks buffets, as well as organizing coffee breaks or small events
Experience of ordering processes for drinks and small conference materials, as well as compiling consumption lists for invoicing
Good knowledge of German
In addition to the Gutleutstrasse location, you will also be responsible for the Lyonerstraße, Silostraße or Franziusstraße locations as part of the canteen expansion.
